Taking place across three cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban) on National Women’s Day (Tuesday 09 August) the Totalsports Women’s Race will boast an impressive, combined prize purse of R155 550,00 in 2022!
“We are proud to offer a combined prize purse of R155 550,00 at the 2022 Totalsports Women’s Race, that’s R51 850.00 per city (Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban),” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports. “Prize money will be allocated to the Top Ten finishers in the Open and Junior Categories with the Open Winner taking home R12 500,00 and the Junior Winner R2500,00. We are also excited to offer prize money to the first three finishers in the 40 – 49 category, 50 – 59 category, 60 – 69 category and 70+ category. We trust that the prize money will be the cherry on the cake for these runners with the main focus being on celebrating National Women’s Day with thousands of women nationwide. We invite all runners to #LoveTheRun with us on 09 August.”

PinkDrive will be present at the Totalsports Women’s Race in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban offering FREE clinical breast examinations and educating on the importance of self- breast examinations.
